Please take note that Progress has started a dedicated task force whose
sole job is to audit your Progress licences. It is probably no longer a
question of if, but rather when, you will be audited.

BE PROACTIVE: Do the analysis yourself, see what you're missing, and
negotiate with your rep/var. If/when the auditor attempts to sticks you
with a bill for $250K, you won't have the luxury to negotiate.

With that said, the auditors may not fully understand your architecture,
so their proposal may be inaccurate, or there may be alternate, more
economical solutions to bring you into line.

LAST WORD: If you have not taken the time to READ AND UNDERSTAND the EULA,
do so now as there are some surprising things in there with respect to how
licences are counted. YOU MAY THINK THAT YOU ARE COMPLIANT BUT SURPRISE!
YOU ARE NOT.

If you don't have the time or inclination to do it in house, hire an
independent professional to help. But please don't wait for the auditor to
come knocking.
